We are pleased to confirm that we are still operational and are dispatching orders for all your crafting needs.
As with all other businesses we have had to make significant changes to how we operate, as such all office personnel are working from home and our warehouse staffing is being closely monitored with separate packing areas created in our warehouse to ensure the correct distancing measures are adhered to.
These measures do mean that there may, at peak times, be delays in processing orders, therefore we can no longer ‘guarantee’ that orders placed before 2pm will be dispatch the same day. Orders for elastic (where customers are making masks for healthcare professionals) are being prioritised but may still be subject to delay.
In addition, our courier partners are no longer able to commit to their usual delivery times although every effort is being made to ensure that orders are delivered in the quickest possible times.
In summary, we are still dispatching. Orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual, but please rest assured we’re all working hard to get your orders to you as soon as we can.
