Delivery & Returns

When will you dispatch my order?

All orders placed before 2 PM will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched on the next working day. If you have any urgent orders, we recommend that you call our office on 0208 507 9439 as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery normally takes 2 - 5 working days, however during busy periods this may take longer. We despatch via standard Royal Mail or courier service and a signature may be required upon delivery. Express delivery orders will be despatched the same day or following working day if paid after 2pm via a 24-hour courier service (Mon - Fri despatch and delivery only). A signature is required upon delivery. This service is only available to most of UK mainland. We also deliver worldwide; Europe is normally 2-7 working days and rest of the world 5-15 working days depending on location. We also have various express shipping cost options for Europe and Worldwide at check out. The cut off time for Express Delivery is 2pm.

My order hasn’t arrived yet

Delivery will take place between 8am and 7pm. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver or postman will leave a calling card. Please also bear in mind that adverse weather conditions may affect the speed of the delivery.
The undelivered consignment will then be held at your local sorting office / depot, normally only for a few days, if the depot is not contacted within this time frame then the parcel may be sent back to us and you will then incur further charges for this delivery to be sent back out to you. We are unable to deliver on bank holidays, therefore please allow an extra working day for this.

Can I pick it up in store?

Yes you can. Please contact our customer services for stock and availability.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched.Please email the Online Customer Services Team here. Please include your order number from your confirmation email. If an order cannot be cancelled you can return the order once it has been delivered.

Can I return my product for an exchange or refund?

For all UK orders, If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order by post or in store for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. For full terms and conditions and for non UK orders please see our Returns Policy.

How can I pay

You can pay for your online order in the following ways:  Visa  MasterCard  Visa Debit  Maestro  PayPal  Amazon Account. When placing an order in the UK the address the card is registered to must be in the UK if paying by card.

Can I pay by cash?

You can pay only pay by cash when collecting your order from our store in person.

Do you offer discounts for wholesale / bulk order?

Yes. We do offer discounts based on the quantity purchased. So, the more you buy, the more you save. We always want to give you the best ranges available for your wedding décor and supplies.

Do you offer trade accounts?
